Shipping Policy

Orders for delivery through local post can take up to 7-10 business days after processing and are dispatched internationally in less than two weeks. You will receive a confirmation email with USPS tracking information once your orders have shipped.

ONCE THEY ARE LEFT IN THE CARE OF OUR SHIPPING CARRIER, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PACKAGES. The customer and the shipping carrier, USPS now share this responsibility. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL USPS CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDER IF YOU HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS OR PROBLEMS WITH THE DELIVERY OF YOUR PACKAGE. It is the responsibility of the customer to be present at the delivery location on the scheduled delivery date.

When placing an order, kindly double-check that your shipping address is accurate and, if necessary, includes the correct apartment number. For any lost or stolen packages, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE. WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER ITEMS STUCK IN TRANSIT, SO YOU MUST DEAL WITH THE SHIPPER (USPS).

You are financially responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with your order if it is returned to our facility by USPS for any reason.
